Lee really takes time to understand the needs of his clients and then works to achieve the ideal result. Our sale was more complex than a traditional home sale. For one thing, we had undocumented sewer lines running across our property to which the buyers objected. Lee informed us that we needed to seek legal advice and gave us an idea of what the process of recording an easement would entail. In addition, we owned the vacant parcel of adjacent land that we wanted to retain after closing. Lee was able to give the buyers comfort on both matters and they closed on time at the agreed upon sales price.
